how does a Rebalancing session go?
Rebalancing® bodywork uses touch, movement and stillness. You are present in your body with full attention while being touched.
First we have an orienting talk, so we’ll see what you need and how you are doing. In the session, you lie on the massage table. I touch you attentively and with respect. The touch differs in depth, duration and pace.
By the touch – possibly – tensions and blockages, held in your body, release. When you truly face the additional feelings and emotions, you will experience new space and your energy will start to flow. I guide you in this.
In a session, meditative silence occurs. It ‘ll arise spontaneously.
You’ll feel poise and peaceful.
